Hiroko was absolutely amazing, and the tour was a perfect way to start our time in Japan. She met us at our hotel, guided us through the busy metro station, pointed out key photo opportunities and showed us the popular spots. We really valued having her knowledge and expertise as we visited a shrine, it was very helpful to know the customs. She went the extra mile for us and bought us special gifts, took pictures and more. We bumped into other guides who told us she is the best guide in Tokyo, and I would agree! We had a wonderful morning with Hiroko, anyone who gets paired with her is very lucky indeed!
