My reviews

Hiroko was a very knowledgeable tour guide. She was so sweet and kind explaining how to use the subway system. Also, she told us so much history about Asakusa. She made our first tour in Tokyo exceptional!

We had the pleasure of having Hiroko Kitagawa as our guide today. She had a plan of where we should go and was very informative. We had a sushi dinner with her and she took us to the restaurant we had suggested. During dinner and our train ride home she continued teaching us much about Japanese culture. I would highly recommend her as a personal guide for all things pertaining to Japan. Ellen Robin

We had a wish list that we trimmed down and visited a couple of the sights we wanted to see and also taught us how to use the Subway system. A great morning out.

Wow, what a great experience my family had with Hiroko as our Tour Guide. It was our first time traveling to Tokyo with children ages 6,8 and 10. We didn’t know what to expect and what we got was an attentive Tour Guide who listened to our need/concerns and developed a tour based on those need/concerns that included knowledge of the Japanese culture. We learn to navigate Tokyo’s Subway and train system. Learned about Japan’s history and saw the incredible sights of Tokyo. She even took us to the Samsung- Team Lab- a free event that the whole family enjoyed! At the end of our tour, she felt like family to us! We could have not asked for a better person and Tour Guide for our family! Thank you Hiroko for a great outing in Tokyo!
