Kay gave us a great tour of the areas we were interested in and was genuinely friendly throughout the day. He was flexible and cared that our experience was a good one. Along with this he was very knowledgeable so could answer just about any question we had, whether it was about old Nintendo video game shops or the origin and history of temples in the area. Had a great time and happily recommend his service for others.

We had two great tours. One in Tokyo city with Kay and one in Kyoto with Kokoro. Kay was so accommodating as needed to start the tour a bit earlier as we were very jet lagged. He was patient with us and the kids and kept our energy levels up and we were able to see everything in the time we had. Kokoro was equally great for our Kyoto tour the following day. Very organised and knowledgeable about the history, kept the kids interested. It really felt personalised across both tours and great value. Would definitely use City Unscripted again. Thanks for a memorable experience Kay and Kokoro!

I had an very exciting and fun tour through Tokio with my guide Kay. Can really recommend it if you want to get to know a city, especially interesting places that are not that widely known.
