Tomo was an excellent tour guide for our family on our first day in Tokyo. She contacted us beforehand to see what was important to us. We wanted to visit some of the traditional tourist sites as well as some of the more local out of the way sites and she planned this all for us. Also she came to our hotel to collect us, she assisted us to buy our IC card and showed us how to navigate the trains. On top of that she gave recommendations for dinner that evening.

We had an Amazing time. Tomo tailored our day to our needs, had so much knowledge to share on the importance of a location and what to do, she was flexible and allowed us to explore whatever interested us. She was a delight and we would recommend her to anyone. It felt like we were with a friend.

Our first time in Japan, so we asked Tomo to design a “taste” of Tokyo. She was a delightful and friendly host and a credit to your company, and to her country. Very highly recommended.
