My wife and I have used various tour services in a number of different cities and our most recent tour guide in Tokyo was top notch. Tomo connected with me shortly after I booked to confirm what kind of tour we wanted and kept in contact with me via WhatsApp. She met us in our hotel lobby and had clearly done her homework. She brought us to places we wouldn’t have discovered on our own, taught us about Japanese culture and even brought us to her favorite tea store. If other guides are half as good as Tomo, then I highly recommend City Unscripted.
