Had a great day with Susuma-san . He was really flexible with our plans and took us to places that we actually needed to see . Spend the day in a lot of good locations. This is a must try tour for first timer to Japan/Tokyo .

Aaron was an excellent guide. He set a reasonable pace and gave us all the time we needed for whatever we wanted to do . He was extremely informative and very knowledgeable about the city, history and culture . We were quite impressed with the diversity of cultures within the city and the ability to see three different countries cultures in only three metro stops. He brought us to several great places to have snacks, both reasonably priced and extremely tasty. He didn't just take us to tourist areas but off the beaten path, for example to a very interesting hotel that looked like something out of Ghostbusters and other interesting sites we wouldn't have seen in a tourist guide. We highly recommend Aaron and this tour.

I booked a tour no more than a day or so in advance of arriving in Japan and as a solo traveller was paired with Susumu as my guide for a 6 hour tour Susumu was super organised and sent me an email in advance of the day with contact details and a proposed agenda to see if there was anything I wanted to change. On the day he was very flexible and matched the day to my pace. I was very grateful to have a knowledgable and easy going guide to show me around Tokyo on my first day and highlight a number of interesting locations across the city but also give help me with language and local etiquette pointers! He kept the itinerary flexible and tried to work in things that matched my interests that he picked up as we were taking during the day. Could not rate my guide more highly and wish him all the best!
