Loved the tour. The guide is very knowledgeable and very patient. We had a bumpy start as we had to stop at the ER room for our small child and the guide offered to meet us there and help with translation. After the ER visit we carried on with the trip and still had a lot of fun and immersed in the local culture. I recommend this guide and I’d do the tour again.

Bibi is an amazing tour guide. She’s very prompt and friendly. She knows the city of Milan, completely. She was able to explain all the historical details. She took us around to a lot of places that we never knew existed. She went the extra mile to help us find food on our way back. Excellent experience with Titziana walking all throughout the Milan Cathedral (rooftop, crypt, etc), the Sforzesco Castle and some unique areas of the city. She was incredibly informative and a delight to walk with.

We just had the best tour! Tiziana our guide was amazing. She tailored the tour to suit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 6 from ages 10 through to 70 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. We laughed and even cried. Our guide Lisa was terrific. She took us to a number of places, including one that required a subway ride. Besides seeing a lot, we learned so much. She went above and beyond to meet our requests. I highly recommend her.

Andrea was my tour guide and he catered the tour to what I wanted to see, which included getting Roman pizza and authentic cannoncinis at the best shop in Milan. Lucky for me, he also does food tours and knew exactly where to bring us. Besides eating, we visited the Sforzesco Castle and walked by Duomo. It was a very hot day so we took it easy but I appreciated the taste of Milan that I was able to get with my knowledgeable guide.

We had a wonderful afternoon with our guide. It truly was a local taking us around Milan sharing history and favourite local spots! Highly recommended!

The visit to the Duomo … the amazing Cathedral with 52 pillars and amazing architecture. The history was mind blowing. We also visited the Castle and the magnificence of it all blew us away. We also visited the designer street with all the big brands displayed.

Giulia was a very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable tour guide. She was very patient and friendly. She made sure to take me to places I wanted to see and others she thought I would be interested and she was accurate. I liked the calmer sites she showed me as well. The botanical gardens were a pleasant surprise.

Giulia was a great guide. She did not nod when o wanted to stop or to get a drink. She sis not rush me or cut the tour short. She even dropped me back to my hotel.

Very knowledgeable Tour Guide and very personable.

Simone was a very good guide and took us to several places within Milan and gave us a very good overview of the history broadly as well as the history of a few places in the tour. He took us on a bit of what he called the "secret part of Milan" and it was definitely less touristy and gave us good insights into a broader area. Definitely worth the time and though it was a quick tour, it also gave us ideas for other things to see and spend more time with.

Simone was an extremely knowledgeable and friendly guide. The tour of Milan was very interesting and he took us to places that we would never have discovered on our own, who knew their was a family of pink flamingos living in the centre of Milan. It’s inspired us to return to Milan at a later date and see more of this beautiful City!

Picca took us on a fantastic tour and allowed us to choose options as we went along. I loved his flexibility. We got to learn about the history of different neighborhoods and meet locals. Picca was full of great recommendations and even helped us to make dinner reservations at a wonderful place on the Navigli. Would definitely tour with him again!

Very interesting and informative excursion. Unlike crowded bus tour this one is definitely tailored to your interest . Price is very reasonable for the time the guide spends for you. Francesco is local and very knowledgeable . My son 13 was very interested and focused for the whole time. If you never been to Milan, Francesco is the right guide to introduce you to the city!

We are endlessly grateful for Francesco Piccarreda and City Uncripted for an amazing personalized tour of Milan. The initial survey asking us our preferences was detailed and easy to complete. It was clear that Francesco had paid thoughtful attention to those details when he replied with the itinerary and as he guided our tour. He went out of his way to see that we enjoyed as many sites as possible and even helped us improve our elementary Italian speaking skills. Because he grew up in Milan, his stories were as interesting as the history of the city that he shared with us. He went above and beyond at the end to help us get our Duomo tickets and escorted us to the proper entrance.
