City Unscripted and our tour guide, Lisa, were both outstanding!!! Lisa made all the arrangements that I asked for to make our day personal and so we could see what we wanted to see of the lake and Bellagio! It was not a cookie cutter tour but a very personalized experience! We were able to have a ferry trip to Bellagio, explore Bellagio, have a private book tour of the lake, lunch and a tour of Varenna. Our day was perfect! I highly recommend Lisa and City Unscripted!!!

City Unscripted and Lisa worked very hard to personalize this experience based on my requests! The day was perfect because of their efforts. I was able to see the sights I wanted to see and to have the experiences I wanted like a private boat tour because they listened to what I wanted and made it happen! Michela was a fantastic personable and interesting Guide who engaged us throughout the whole day. She was on top of every situation making our day flawless. We were traveling as a family with a one and a half year-old. Which would have made logistics a little difficult but she made it flow perfectly. Michela was thoughtful and insightful on the area and on Italian life. Loved spending time with her. I would highly recommend her as a guide.
