Jose is #1....What an amazing guide. He was so knowledgeable and took us to the most amazing spots. This tour was the perfect way to see Kyoto on our first arrival day. Jose taught us to ride the bus and all the important aspects of the Kyoto culture. We can not thank him enough for providing us with such a memorable experience. Make sure to request Jose if you can, you will not be disappointed.

Our guide, Jose, was an Gion expert. He deftly navigated the streets to show us all of the highlights that Gion had to offer and more! It was fun to learn about the meaning of the shrines we came across and the main differences culturally in the Shinto & Buddhist practices. Highly recommend!
