Hi, I’m Rena! I was born and raised in Hiroshima and love sharing the beauty and spirit of my hometown. Hiroshima’s deep historical meaning as a symbol of peace, its beautiful traditional architecture, and its comfortable, easygoing city life are things I’m proud to show visitors. I enjoy walking around the city, finding hidden gems, and enjoying delicious local food. I know the neighborhoods like the back of my hand! I’m passionate about history—not just Hiroshima’s, but Japan’s overall—and I also love Japanese pop culture, from anime and Vtubers to VOCALOID music and gaming. Rena was an excellent tour guide, she is friendly, knowledgeable and taught us so much. She showed us where to get the best Oysters on the island, and took us to see some absolute treasures.
