Yuka was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable! She was very flexible and we took the tour on our own schedule. We saw some hidden areas that we wouldn’t have noticed by ourselves. She directed us around town and even dropped us off at our station. Highly recommend Yuka for exploring Hiroshima!!

Yuka was a wonderful guide. She was extremely helpful and attentive. The Island is very beautiful and a must see if you are in Hiroshima to stay. Well worth the effort to go.

Ken was very nice and we were happy to have him as a tourguide. He also had a great tip for our dinner - the okonomiyaki was really great. I have just one thing we were a little disappointed. When we spoke the programm with Ken via Whatsapp he told us to be at the station for meeting point. But one day before the tour I got an e-mail from your company City Unscripted. The e-mail said: Meeting Point: THE KNOT HIROSHIMA, 3-chōme-1-1 Ōtemachi, Naka Ward, Hiroshima, 730-0051, Japan (My accommodation - Hotel Lobby) Meeting time: 13:00 Please Note: the meeting point specified in this email is final and supersedes all other points provided by any other party or platform through which you booked your tour. Because there stand "the meeting point in this email is final" we thought that we would be picked up at the hotel lobby. But Ken was waiting at the station. Because of this mistake of the company we lost a lot of time (and money because we couldn't take the JR Train with our JR Passes and we had to take a Taxi with Ken instead of local trams und busses to the Archery). So I hope that for future customers the communication is better with your company. But we want to say that we had a good time with Ken and he did the tour really good. Thank you and best regards.
