Discover Bangkok’s best: panoramic city views, serene temples and chic cafes with a local host. Perfect for an unforgettable day!
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
Visiting Bangkok is an experience that needs to be on your bucket list. This stunning city has tons of fun things to do and see - and I loved every second of it! So, are you ready for an epic Bangkok adventure? Get set to dive into city heights, serene temples, and chic cafes with a local host who's practically your best friend in the city. I hope the excitement is flowing because you'll be seeing all of the coolest (and my favorite) spots in Bangkok on this trip. So let's go!
Meet your awesome host at Iconsiam and get ready to scale Bangkok's most famous skyscraper, King Power Mahanakhon. Hop on public transport and feel the city buzz as you head towards this architectural marvel. Once there, prepare to have your mind blown as you soar 314 meters up to the Mahanakhon Skywalk. The views? Absolutely jaw-dropping. Your host will point out landmarks and share quirky facts that'll make your Instagram followers green with envy.
Next, swap the cityscape for the serene vibes of Wat Paknam. This temple is like a hidden oasis with its intricate statues. Stroll through the peaceful grounds, where the hustle and bustle feels miles away. Your host will give you the lowdown on Buddhist practices and meditation, turning this visit into a spiritual journey. Check out the temple's museum, home to stunning artifacts and relics that whisper stories of the past. And don't miss the Emerald Buddha Room – its glowing emerald hues are straight out of a fairy tale, creating a mesmerizing, otherworldly experience.
After soaking up the zen, it's time for a little luxury at the Bubble in the Forest café. Jump back on public transport, and let your host lead the way to this dreamy spot. Think over-water villas and lush greenery right in the heart of Bangkok. This café is an Instagram paradise, with perfect backdrops at every turn. Sip on some of the best bubble tea and savor delicious Thai dishes that will tantalize your taste buds. It's the ultimate place to chill, snap photos, and bask in the serene atmosphere.
Throughout the day, your host will sprinkle in local secrets and hidden gems, making sure every moment is packed with discovery and delight. Whether you're gazing at cityscapes from dizzying heights, finding peace in a tranquil temple, or relaxing in a chic café, this Bangkok experience is all about fun, flavor, and fantastic memories. Enjoy!

The Legendary Kat was in fact awesome. It was like having a tour with a friend. She went at our pace, set the schedule per our tastes, and adjusted on the fly. We had a great time, and can highly recommend this tour package, and Kat in particular. For transportation and entrance fees, you need to have about B3000 to B4000 for a couple, extra for spending money, and of course tips!
Show moreWith only a short time in Bangkok, my friends and I decided to book a tour to get the most out of our time. We arranged a walking tour with City Unscripted Bangkok and were paired with a wonderful guide named Pakkard. She showed us her city and culture with enthusiasm and took amazing care of us. We saw so much in a short amount of time and left the experience feeling very fulfilled. We are extremely grateful to our guide, Pakkard, and City Unscripted Bangkok for their service!
Show moreChiara was a fantastic host in Tokyo. We gave her a wish list and she did a great job trying to take us to all the places we wanted to see in the most organized way. We loved Tokyo and she had everything to do with that. We were with her for 2 1/2 days. The half day was marred by the fact that it snowed so the weather made it difficult to see what we wanted to that day. Of course, weather is just something you have to deal with on vacation and we made the best of it.
Show moreKat brought us to all the places we wanted to see while being mindful of the heat and a person in our party with mobility issues. We absolutely loved Bangkok and we credit her with that. She spoke English well too.
Show moreWe had a walking tour of the main attractions in Bangkok. We started at the flower market , did a trip around the canal , had lunch and finished with the Gran Palace. Our guide, Buay was wonderful. Full of historical knowledge . I also wanted to buy some things and he took me to the store that had exactly what i wanted. Overall a great experience
Show moreIt made it very easy to see the main attractions that we wanted. Tom is very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and helpful. We really wouldn’t have got to see and learn in the amount of time by ourselves. Bangkok is a wonderful place. He arrived before the booked time to meet us and stayed even later than we booked him for. Thanks Tom!
