Kickstart Florence

Great!!

Claudio had a great personality & was very accommodating to our requests. Having been to Frienze previously, he took us to see things we hadn't done before that were interesting & fun. We were with our 13 year old granddaughter & he made sure that she was engaged and enjoying the tour as well. He even took us to where we had to meet up for our next tour to make sure we found it and got there on time. This was above and beyond since it took him 30 minutes more than the allotted time for our tour with him.

Gianmarco met me right in front of my hotel & he was even a little early! His English is excellent & I could easily understand him. He made it clear from the beginning to let him know if I wanted more information or less. This was an enjoyable conversation while we walked, rather than a lecture. He did an excellent job showing me lots of historical buildings and museums, while also pointing out his recommendations for eating everything from fine foods to quick bites and authentic Italian gelato

Thank you to the wonderful Gianmarco who was an absolute wealth of knowledge. We had an exceptionally hot day and Gianmarco was kind, patient and adaptable to our kids. His tips and hints for food, where to eat and what to avoid absolutely made our trip. Highly recommend this tour.

He also checked in on the rest of our plans for Florence to make sure we had good places to go after our tour. He shared other recommendations for the rest of our trip.
