Claudio was great! We had some unexpected illness with one of our members on the trip and Claudio not only helped us get her back to our hotel, he also stayed longer and took us around sampling Firenze's best and sharing history of the city. He even helped carry our bags! He was incredibly nice and helpful, we enjoyed our time.

We had some challenges with food poisoning from a meal prior to the tour and Claudio just rolled with us and helped us. I had a young child and he made sure to include things that a little boy would enjoy.

Claudio had a great personality & was very accommodating to our requests. Having been to Frienze previously, he took us to see things we hadn't done before that were interesting & fun. We were with our 13 year old granddaughter & he made sure that she was engaged and enjoying the tour as well. He even took us to where we had to meet up for our next tour to make sure we found it and got there on time. This was above and beyond since it took him 30 minutes more than the allotted time for our tour with him.

Gianmarco met me right in front of my hotel & he was even a little early! His English is excellent & I could easily understand him. He made it clear from the beginning to let him know if I wanted more information or less. This was an enjoyable conversation while we walked, rather than a lecture. He did an excellent job showing me lots of historical buildings and museums, while also pointing out his recommendations for eating everything from fine foods to quick bites and authentic Italian gelato
