Really enjoyed the ability to choose the length of the tour. We opted for 3hrs and this was perfect. Deniz was our guide and he really showed adaptation to our group and what we found interesting. As a group of 5 it was all our first time in Hambourg and arrived by cruise so unfortunately had limited hours to spend.
Never felt rushed or too slow. We we passed and went into places we would never have done trying to self guide.
Deniz was friendly, knowledgeable and is an asset to the city of Hamburg. Very glad we booked and was definitely worth the extra money going for a private tour over a shared group.

Joel was great, he picked us up at our hotel and took us on a 2 hour walking tour. He’s a local and is very knowledgeable about the city and even gave us a lunch recommendation which was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Anna brought to life the history of Munich while visiting many of the top attractions in the Old Town. She had an in depth knowledge of the history and culture of the city. We greatly appreciated how she navigated the tour on a rainy day by taking us to inside sites where she could explain more about Munich.

Unfortunately we had to cancel because our flight from the US was delayed 4 hours. I let Juan know when we landed & informed he we had to cancel. He tried to get us rescheduled for the next day but again Unfortunately we had other tours scheduled. I appreciate him trying to help & make it right. This is why I only use Viator tours wherever I go.

Linus was excellent. We all agreed that having him do the walking tour was the best way to get oriented and begin our exploration of Munich. We were a bit jet lagged having landed a few hours prior to our tour, but Linus kept it interesting and at a reasonable pace. Extremely flexible - asked what we were interested in seeing, if we needed to stop to rest, eat, drink, use the bathroom, etc. Thanks!

Philip is the best tour guide I have ever worked with. Heading into our tour, I was tired after a solid week of travel. Philip was so engaging I immediately snapped right back in to travel mode and he showed me the most beautiful sites in Munich.
