We met Naveen on a beautiful Munich morning, and were totally immersed in the culture & history of Munich. Naveen was extremely knowledgeable, even showing us pictures of locations just after the Allied bombing to show the extent of reconstruction. He was very personable, helped with pictures (which we struggle with while traveling alone!), & was attuned to our needs with regard to rest & water breaks. We had a late-morning strudel & coffee (with ice cream!) in a beautiful Cafe, which was a real pleasure! I can't compliment Naveen enough for his knowledge, professionalism & care!!
