I know the areas of Odeonsplatz, Hofgarten, and Marienplatz inside out, and Altstadt, Nymphenburg, and Solln hold a special place in my heart. We had a wonderful 1/2 day tour! Brigid was a great guide, and interacted well with the whole family group - ages 10-73. She took us to the top sites and the not-so-well known sites, each with plenty of interesting background. She kept the children engaged, and provided history and context at each site. As a bonus , we learned how to use the Munich public transportation system, which can sometimes be a bit intimidating for tourists. We heartily recommend Brigid!

We had such a wonderful time on our Munich city tour with Brigid! She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s rich history, but she also has a warm, engaging way of bringing every stop to life. From the grandeur of the palace to the charm of Marienplatz and beyond, we got to see so much of this amazing city and learn stories we never would have discovered on our own. Brigid kept the pace perfect, answered all our questions, and even shared some excellent brewery recommendations that we happily put to use later.
