Soak in London's best from Horizon 22 to Big Ben, with iconic sights, hidden gems, and foodie delights along the way. An adventure not to miss!
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
London is truly as special as it seems. From the heights of the London Eye to the stunning dance that is the changing of the guard - I have seen it all and fell in love. Are you ready to dive into the heart of London?
Kick off your London adventure with a bang at Horizon 22, where you'll feel like you're on top of the world—literally! Perched high above the city, this viewing platform offers jaw-dropping, 360-degree views of London's iconic skyline. Imagine gazing out at Tower Bridge in the distance, the Thames snaking its way through the city, and the hustle and bustle slowly coming to life below. It's like seeing London with a fresh pair of eyes, and trust me, you'll want to snap a million photos before we head back down to earth.
Next up, you'll be diving into the historic charm of Leadenhall Market. Picture this: you're strolling through a Victorian wonderland, where the stunning architecture is as much of a draw as the eclectic mix of shops and eateries. The vibrant colors, ornate ceilings, and cobblestone streets make it feel like you've stepped into a movie set (and if you're a Harry Potter fan, you might recognize it from Diagon Alley!). It's the perfect place to soak up some old-school London vibes while you hunt for hidden treasures or simply enjoy the buzzing atmosphere.
Now, it's time to visit the superstar of London's landmarks: Tower Bridge. This isn't just any bridge—it's a world-famous symbol of the city. As you walk across, take a moment to appreciate the intricate design, the history etched into every stone, and the spectacular views of the Thames. Whether you're a history buff or just love a good selfie, Tower Bridge won't disappoint. And here's a pro tip: catch it while it's opening to let a ship through—it's a sight you won't forget!
Before you move on, make a quick detour to Horsleydown Steps. This hidden gem is the perfect spot for that "wow" photo, with Tower Bridge majestically looming in the background. The view here is pure magic, especially if the light is just right. Trust me, your Instagram followers will thank you later.
With your camera roll full, it's time for a leisurely stroll along Queen's Walk. This riverside path is like London's heartbeat, with scenic views that keep getting better with every step. You'll pass by street performers, artists, and maybe even a pop-up market or two, all adding to the lively, eclectic vibe that makes London so special.
Feeling a bit peckish? Perfect timing because you're heading to Borough Market, London's ultimate foodie playground. This place is a paradise for your taste buds, with stalls offering everything from artisanal cheeses and freshly baked bread to sizzling street food from all corners of the globe. Whether you're craving a gourmet snack or an all-out feast, Borough Market is the place to indulge. Pro tip: grab a bite from a few different stalls and have yourself a little picnic—London style!
After you've satisfied your appetite, continue your journey along Queen's Walk. The path ahead is lined with even more scenic views of the Thames and a lively atmosphere that just screams "London." As you walk, you'll pass by performers showing off their talents and maybe even catch a few glimpses of St Paul's Cathedral's iconic dome across the water.
Finally, your walk brings you to the grand finale: the London Eye. This giant Ferris wheel is a must-ride, offering a bird's-eye view of the city that's nothing short of spectacular. As you slowly rise above the Thames, you'll see London unfold beneath you in all its glory—from the historic landmarks to the modern skyscrapers. It's the perfect way to take in the city before you head to your final stop.
And what better way to end the day than with a visit to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey? These two icons are the epitome of London's grandeur. Stand in awe of Big Ben as it towers above you, its clock ticking away the minutes of this unforgettable day. Then, cross Westminster Bridge to the majestic Westminster Abbey, where centuries of history echo through its hallowed halls. It's the perfect spot to capture those last few photos and reflect on a day well spent exploring the very best of London.
As your London adventure draws to a close, you'll have not just seen the city's iconic sights but truly experienced its vibrant soul. Your local host has led you through the best of London, uncovering hidden gems and sharing stories that bring the city to life. Whether you're reflecting on the stunning views from the London Eye or the grandeur of Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, this day has been one for the books. As you head home, you'll carry with you the memories of a day well spent in one of the world's most captivating cities. Ready for your next adventure? London will be waiting!

Ana, made the experience very engaging by contacting me prior to our scheduled date. We were able to plan my May 12th date with the requests I asked for and we were able to introduce ourselves to each other. The places Ana took me to were not always listed under regular tours of London which made it more interesting for me to understand the culture of the city. I was able to visit sites that only a Londoner would know about. I was especially thrilled to visit The Ned Bar/Restaurant, one of the filming sites of the James Bond film, Goldfinger. Another special visiting site was the lifting of the gates at Tower Bridge. We had the best viewing spot that only Ana knew where to stand. We had time to visit the first church built in London. We saw the horse guards parade own the street on their way to Buckingham Palace. We took epicures in front of the Clock Tower in the best possible location, etc. What I really liked bout Ana was her ability to socially engage with our environment.
