From breathtaking views of the city to peaceful temples on summits, join your host on an adventure through the stunning landscape of vibrant Seoul
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
Ah, Seoul, a glimmering city lucky enough to have mountain hikes and forest trails right on its doorstep - the best of both worlds! It's believed that these granite mountains serve as the four guardians of the city, contributing to its feng shui and prosperity.
You'll join one of our Seoul hosts as you decide on which of the many walks you'd like to take. They range from mild and scenic, like a stroll along Anyangcheon Stream, to challenging and rewarding - climb a peak and get a glimpse of those views!
There is a trail to suit everybody's ability. Alternatively, if you're fascinated by Seoul's Buddhist temples, exploring the forests of the Bukhansan National Park is a must! For something a little more central, the Namsan Mountain lies in the city's center and perched on top; you'll find N-Seoul Tower - another platform upon which to gaze down at Seoul in all its glory.
After your day of physical exertion, you might need a bite to eat. Snack on a bowl of bibimbap, steaming chueotang (a spicy fish soup served with rice), or japchae (sweet and savory stir-fried glass noodles). It will be a day well spent.

Hans was a great host. He shared his home town with us in the detail we were interested in. He asked, in advance, what we were interested in and used this to build a personal tour. We really enjoyed it.
Show moreGJ was the best! She fully customized the tour for my family with a perfect balance of cultural learning for the adults and fun activities for our kids. The pace was excellent and conversation even better. We all loved spending time with GJ and got to see and learn so much about Seoul. If I could give 15 stars I would!

Show moreHans was an excellent, knowledgeable guide who shared his love for his city. His English was excellent - clear, articulate and easy to follow. One is lucky to get him as a guide. As couple we have some special needs, which Hans handled respectfully, professionally and very helpfully.
Show moreThis was a great tour for us as first-time visitors to Seoul. Gyeonbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village were real highlights. GJ was our guide - with amazing energy, overwhelming kindness, and deep knowledge of the areas’ history that we visited. It felt like we were out and about - walking with a friend.
