Full day In Seoul with a local

Jeeseon Choi was my guide for a 6hr walking tour. She was an excellent guide who was knowledgeable about the various places we visited and brought me to places that were less crowded and somewhat off the beaten track. She indulged my request for Yukhoe (seasoned raw beef) and brought me to a very local place to try it...to die for. The concept of thrifing in Seoul is at the next level and I now know where the old Korean men hangout in the afternoons to give their wives a break!

We had such a jam-packed day seeing all the sights, and honestly, we couldn’t have done it without GJ’s guidance! She kept everything perfectly organised so we made the most of our time. What made the day even more special was how amazing she was with our 4-year-old daughter. Our little one absolutely adored her and formed such a genuine connection — GJ truly has a gift for making kids feel comfortable and included. Her local knowledge was outstanding, and she answered all of our many questions with patience and detail. We walked away not only with memories but with a deeper understanding of the area thanks to her. We’d 100% book through GJ again when we come back. She’s an absolute gem and made our trip unforgettable!

Jeeseon was the best tour guide! She had so much information about the culture and history of Korea. She took us to a great Korean BBQ restaurant for lunch and then she found the stores that my daughter wanted to shop at. She also found a small coffee shop next to Seoul Forest that wasn't too crowded. We had a great tour with her. Over 30,000 steps for our tour. She had a lot of information on the castle and the grounds and she even tested us on some of the information she gave us. lol!
