I know the trails around Frognerseteren, Holmenkollen, and Nordmarka like the back of my hand, and they’re my favorite places to share Nordic myths and quiet views. A lot of walking, but that was our choice. Marie reached out and asked what our goals were before the tour and even during the tour gave us options of next steps and choices. We saw the opera house, the palace, the main square and the fortress. A lot of history and knowledge.

Mary was such an excellent host ambassador for Oslo and city unscripted. She was very knowledgeable about this city and curated the entire itinerary based on our specific interests. She also thoughtfully brought us a bottle of water to stay hydrated in the heat and took us on part of our journey on the local bus to help reduce the amount of walking for my husband who had leg surgery just a couple of months ago, absolutely wonderful guide.
