Our guide Roberto was fantastic from start to finish. He met us right at our hotel in Polanco, making everything easy and stress-free, and we took an Uber together to Centro. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand our interests—architecture, history, culture, and dining—and tailored the experience perfectly around them. Roberto’s enthusiasm was contagious, and his deep knowledge brought Mexico City’s past and present vividly to life. He pointed out architectural details we never would have noticed on our own, shared historical context in an engaging and accessible way, and offered thoughtful insights into local culture along the way. He was also incredibly attentive to details, ensuring the pace was comfortable and that all of our questions were answered. The tour felt personal, well-organized, and genuinely enriching. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the city.

Touring our neighborhood with him on Christmas Eve felt intimate and meaningful, not touristy at all. He was very considerate of us and made sure everyone felt comfortable.
