Ernesto went above & beyond to give us a great introduction to Mexico City, starting in the Centro Historico. He has a deep and nuanced understanding of the political history of Mexico, and also is keenly aware how culture (food, fine arts, architecture, literature, etc.) both influenced and was influenced by this history. And, to top it off, he's just a kind and generous person. 11 out of 10!

Five star experience! Our guide, Taiga, kindly met us at our hotel instead of the designated meeting place, and from there, we went on a tailored food tour based on our dietary preferences and the areas we were interested in seeing. Taiga was also thoroughly entertaining and very friendly. We learned that he is very well traveled, and we had an excellent time hanging out with him, learning about the places we visited, and experiencing delicious Osaka cuisine.

I highly recommend this tour. Mia was a great tour guide - very knowledgeable about the culture & history and very kind and fun! She also made sure to ask what we were interested in seeing during the tour. She also helped me find a celiac safe snack - roasted chestnuts!
