Ernesto was fantastic! He reached out before our trip to see if we had any special requests. He found out what we were interested in and made sure that we saw those on the Mexico City tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fun! We were really glad we did this tour at the beginning of our trip so we had an understanding of the culture, the city layout and history. He was patient with our many photo requests too. His communication was excellent before, during and after. I recommend Ernesto for a city tour!
