Roam down labyrinths of locale, through Rio Marin, a typical popular Venetian neighborhood to end up at Basilica dei Frari, one of the most exquisite and unknown churches. Perhaps you’d like to see how gondolas are made or you’d prefer to browse local crafts in Murano - the choice is yours. Follow your local guide as they weave together a mix of the main big travel ticks as well as those insider secret spots, that no tourist usually gets to see. Benny was WONDERFUL! Had an amazing time seeing the iconic sites, laced with personal touches and insights that were very special and gave a human touch to Venice. My guide was well connected and beloved, where we had interactions with vendors, markets and water taxis, etc. - so I felt like I was a Venetian for a day. Never did a tour like this and didn’t know what to expect but was really happy we booked with Roberto. If I could have I would have traversed Venice with Roberto our whole time here. He was informative but it was clear he loves Venice and wants you to see it through a local Venetian eyes. Thank you for the additional advice on where to go off the beaten path.
