Serena was an excellent tour guide! She was communicative and helpful in finding a parking garage to meet at. We loved how she tailored the tour to be exactly what we wanted: history on the main attractions, frequent espresso stops, and even a stop for the classic Napoli pizza! After the tour, she sent us further recommendations based on the cities we're visiting here in Italy.
