Pricing your experience

What should you charge for your experience? Well, it's up to you but these tips could help you decide. Remember, pricing is ‘on top of minimum pricing’ and subject to group sizes and time of delivery.

• Minimum pricing: To ensure that we are able to have a great host deliver your experience as well as administer all the operations it requires, we must set a minimum charged price. This price is shared with you by your Creator manager. Your creator fee is also included in this minimum price.

• Your brand: What would your community expect to pay for a product made by you? Perhaps your style is a little more on the luxe side and your experiences reflect that, so should your prices.

• What do you want to earn? Whilst not the only consideration it can be a positive contributing factor to setting your price, what would you like to earn per sale?

• Compare: Review similar experiences in the destination you choose to see what they are charging. Your Creator manager will be able to give you an understanding of the conversion potential.

• Creation: Guests are paying for your experience and expertise as well as the time and effort that goes into researching and resourcing. How hard was it for you to produce the experience initially, how long it took and other efforts should be considered when you price your experience.

• Uniqueness: Is this something only you know about and are now sharing? There is a price premium for this, especially if it isn't widely available elsewhere.

Your Creator fee is earned from the base price you have determined and set above. The full guest price though may also include inclusions for items such as transport, tickets and food. These additional charges are not subject to the creator fee and are noted separately as a result.

Your Creator Manager will work with you to build out the ‘per person’ cost for your experience as well as any increase or decrease consideration depending on the time of the day that the experience is delivered. Together we optimise the fee opportunity.
