Hi, I’m Erick, a proud Poblano with a deep love for my city’s history, architecture, and, of course, its incredible food! I’m endlessly fascinated by the stories hidden in Puebla’s old buildings, churches, and colorful barrios, each wall seems to whisper a piece of our past. You’ll often find me strolling through the Zócalo or Centro Histórico, admiring the architecture, visiting vintage shops, or enjoying tacos, enchiladas, and a plate of rich mole poblano. I know the streets of Cholula and downtown Puebla like the back of my hand and love sharing the beauty, humor, and flavor of this city with anyone eager to experience it like a true local.
