Hi, I’m Tadeo, a passionate local who loves uncovering the many layers of Puebla’s history and flavor. What fascinates me most about my city is how its tunnels, once buried beneath time, now connect centuries of stories - from pre-Hispanic roots to colonial splendor. I adore Puebla’s gastronomy, where indigenous maize traditions blend with Spanish, Arab, and French influences to create something truly unique. You’ll often find me wandering through the historic center, exploring art-filled museums, or savoring local dishes in hidden fondas and modern restaurants alike. Having worked with UNESCO’s Heritage Fun project, I know Puebla’s art, food, and culture inside out, and I can’t wait to share it all with you!
