Our Driver was great to work with. There were a couple of places that we did not want to go so our driver quickly adapted and moved on to the next location.

Our guide! Toga was the best. He offered us choices as to what we wanted to do for the evening and catered the experience to what we were up for in that moment. He was also very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area and I felt like I actually learned something about the places we visited. He also had an affable personality and was very chill and easy going. He even later sent text links to some places we were interested in visiting on our own- which we actually did. He recommended a nice late night gyoza spot we ended up going to that was fantastic. We all really enjoyed our tour with him and would highly recommend him as a tour guide.

Gold was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable of the history of places we visited. Prior to our arrival in Japan, she informed me about possible weather so we could be better prepared for our trip. Gold is highly commendable.

I had such a wonderful time exploring Osaka with Fumiko! From the beginning, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful in planning a tour that matched exactly what I was looking for. She guided me through charming neighborhoods, local markets, and hidden gems that I never would have discovered on my own. Her deep knowledge of the city, culture, and everyday life in Osaka added so much meaning to everything we saw. I especially appreciated how flexible the tour was—we could take our time and truly enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. At the Osaka Castle, Fumiko shared interesting insights that made the visit more meaningful. I felt like I experienced the real spirit of Osaka.

Marek was our guide and he was great! Gave a very good insight into the history and culture which was at the right level for us. He was engaging and took us to places we wouldn’t have thought to go.

Kaku was very warm and welcoming and ensured the tour met our needs. It was our first time and I really wanted my daughter to get a good understanding of what happened at Hiroshima. Kaku was able to enhance what we saw at museums and significant sights. He took us to a great place for lunch and we had fun playing at the Origami centre finishing it off with all of us taking the slide down. Kaku was also very interested in us/Australia and we had a lovely time exchanging differences. I would certainly reccommend him to anyone.

Fumiko was friendly,, informative and extraordinarily patient; A lovely person.

When the day’s conditions met some roadblocks at Kaida Kogen, she quickly found beautiful alternative routes, allowing me to enjoy walking in nature nonetheless just as I had hoped. Along the way, we shared stories about our lives, turning a simple tour into a heartfelt and memorable journey. Her warmth, flexibility, and deep knowledge of the area made all the difference!

Nagoya Private & Personalized Introductory Tour with a Local

Anna is a friendly and warm-hearted guide. She explained Nagoya Castle in & out detail and even though there were some unexpected situations along the way, we managed to solve them well. It was a short but enjoyable tour.

Kanazawa City, Customized Private One Day Tour

We had the pleasure of having Rimiko san as our tour guide in Kanazawa. She is not only a professional and informative tour guide, but a kind, patient, and friendly person as well. While we did lot of walking and learning about the history of Kanazawa, she was always attentive to our desires. For a short 1-day trip, she did her best to help us get the most out of the city with perfect pace for our family of seven including two small kids. She also knows the best spots to get good photos for our memories and the pictures are a delight. I strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to see and experience Kanazawa. Thank you Rimiko san!

Kyoto Private Night Tour: An Authentic After-Dark Experience

Masaya was great and flexible for seeing Kyoto. As someone interested in getting some special photos, he helped me find all the right spots! He had a great knowledge of the city and his facts about cultural and historical landmarks was really helpful to understanding the meaning behind so much in Kyoto.

Sho was an amazing guide - he took a lot of great photos of us and showed us unique things about the sites we visited. Since he had background as an engineer, he made learning about the castle building really interesting!
