    Maria was fantastic! She was so helpful even before we arrived, as far as some back and forth emails to tailor our itinerary. She was willing to adjust things even on the day, since I was having a lot of hip pain during our walk around the city. She knew some short cuts to take and places for me to rest. We saw so much and appreciated her friendliness and her knowledge of Osaka since she has been living there for over 30 years. Her English is excellent.     I’m Alex Before ending up in Japan, many years back, I had a nomad life across several Asian countries for many years as well. I spent most of that time in India, where among other activities I had my first experiences as a tour guide. There I also met my wife, and when the relationship got more serious we decided to settle down and have a more stable life, we chose Japan where she is from. Since then I had many personal experiences in this country in different fields such as human relations, jobs in different sectors, trips, bizarre situations, etc, experiences that I always like to share, together with some knowledge about aspects of the culture that I studied for years, just for the sake of getting knowledge without thinking that I would do this activity later on. By the way, I appreciate a lot the human factor, and besides having a responsibility I enjoy a lot just meeting and being with new people. In other words; I love this job, I love the culture I show, and I love human communication in itself.     Milo made such a difference to our stay in Kyoto. We booked a 3 hour tour which was perfect for us and he brought us to Nene no Michi Maruyama park Chion in temple gate (pure land sect) Heian shrine gate Nanzenji temple Philosophers path The silver temple He is so knowledgeable and passionate about Kyoto’s fascinating history. He also connected so well with my two sons who are 23 years and 21 years old. After the tour, he sent us numerous recommendations for the rest of our Japan holidays. For sure, we will come back to Kyoto and book Milo again!

    Victor was an excellent guide. He knew so much about the areas, the history, some back street and unique places and also showed us how to get around the city using the MTR card (we got the Octopus - it was the smart decision). We learned a lot, saw so much in the 4 hour tour and would recommend him. Note - some things you can do on your own, so use the tour wisely as it was private.

    My brother and I decided to do a day trip to Bologna from Venice. The train ride was just ocer and hour. Fortunately, we found the option to do the day tour for a few hours and were very happy with the results of the quantity of time. More importantly, our tour guide , Claudio was the most considerate and knowledgeable person we couid have hoped for. We walked significantly but it want too taxing. It was great to learn about the great historical nuggets about the city. In addition, he offered some great recommendations to eat and we were very pleased to have dined in this food forward city.     We spent the day with Alfred who was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable! He shared everything he could with us as we experienced Hong Kong for the first time. We saw a ton in our day together and had asked Alfred ahead of time to simply plan what he thought we would to see. He did not disappoint and we could not be more thrilled with the time we were able to spend with him. We ended up using the train/subway quite a bit which is very easy to navigate and set us up with confidence the next day for a group tour that relied on some subway action. The thing that made Alfred truly special beyond his knowledge and kindness was he took pics of my husband and I throughout the entire tour on his own accord and bundled/airdropped to me when we said our goodbyes. Couple of tips - good walking shoes, the city is such a lovely and walkable city. Have HKD on hand for taxis (most only take cash) and snacks. We flew in on a 15 hour flight the night before and being exhausted had no time to get local currency. Alfred was gracious enough to front until we hit an ATM.

Alfred started with with careful consultation of what we wanted to see and then tailored an itinerary to fit those requests. He introduced us to places and aspects of Hong Kong that we doubt we would have encountered on a "standard" tour, certainly not the hop on hop off bus.     Ayaka was amazing! She was so kind, friendly and welcoming. My son doesn’t usually feel comfortable around strangers but loved Aya. She took us everywhere we wanted and adjusted as we needed with my son.     Quito has a beautiful historic center. I think a 2-hour tour is enough if you don't plan to go inside every church. Our tour guide Pamela was very knowledgeable, and we could see how she loves her city and the culture.

    Our guide Shiunn was great, we walked around the picturesque university grounds near our hotel, saw a museum and were shown the history of the city and the indigenous people of Hokkaido. Although the 3 hours went quickly, we walked through the streets and the underground of Sapporo and were told about many places, which we then visited in the next few days. Our tour ended at one of Shiunn's favourite ramen placed which was delicious. Highly recommended this tour as a starting point in Sapporo to get your bearings and a feel for the city.
