    I’m Alex Before ending up in Japan, many years back, I had a nomad life across several Asian countries for many years as well. I spent most of that time in India, where among other activities I had my first experiences as a tour guide. There I also met my wife, and when the relationship got more serious we decided to settle down and have a more stable life, we chose Japan where she is from. Since then I had many personal experiences in this country in different fields such as human relations, jobs in different sectors, trips, bizarre situations, etc, experiences that I always like to share, together with some knowledge about aspects of the culture that I studied for years, just for the sake of getting knowledge without thinking that I would do this activity later on. By the way, I appreciate a lot the human factor, and besides having a responsibility I enjoy a lot just meeting and being with new people.     Milo was a great tour guide to a lovely city. I was actually here in Kyoto last year and saw many of the same sites but without a guide. I gained so much additional perspective by going again but actually learning about what I was looking at! For example, Milo pointed out several geisha houses I'd have never noticed, and explained the cultural significance of the practice. Despite the rain, Milo picked us up from our hotel and walked us through several historical sites, shrines, and temples. He was very knowledgable about the history of the city and its culture. We'd all recommend.

    We had a wonderful day exploring Kyoto with Milo. He did a great job balancing interesting cultural sites and shrines with fun local shopping and areas of interest. We loved walking through the Silver Pavilion and its beautiful gardens, then taking the Philosophers Path down to the city. Milo had great knowledge of the city and its history, and was a great host! We appreciated his ability to take our priorities for the day and blend them with his favorite places to visit. He also had the best photo ops planned out! Highly recommend!

    Mirasol was an incredible host. I planned the trip and the experience because of the true customizable manor of the day. I'd booked it as a "private tour" but had a photographer and her assistant join as well as I'd planned to propose to my now fiance on the trajinera ride! Mirasol not only went above and beyond to make sure we were all in the right place at the right time but actually herself got us a mariachi to help us celebrate the moment on the trajinera after. It truly couldn't have been a more special day and when my photographer friend and her assistant had to leave she then took my fiance and I around the rest of the Xochimilco area teaching us the history, trying street food, helping us shop at the market. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    Victor was an excellent guide. He knew so much about the areas, the history, some back street and unique places and also showed us how to get around the city using the MTR card (we got the Octopus - it was the smart decision). We learned a lot, saw so much in the 4 hour tour and would recommend him. Note - some things you can do on your own, so use the tour wisely as it was private.

    We were very fortunate to have Claudio as our guide. He listened to what we wanted and planned the perfect walking tour, blending history, culture and contemporary lifestyle and giving us great recommendations for coffee, gelato and restaurants. Claudio is highly informed and clearly loves Bologna. The hours we spent with him were an ideal introduction to the city and helped us to feel oriented for the rest of our stay. The day after our tour I texted Claudio to say I had lost my scarf at dinner the previous evening and he immediately phoned the restaurant for me. All three of us would highly recommend a walking tour with Claudio.

    I was born and raised in Fukuoka Japan, and have been working in Tokyo for the past 3 years. One of my greatest joys in Tokyo is strolling through its historical sites, such as Asakusa, Kaminarimon, Higashi Hongan-ji and Meiji Jingu Temple. Imbibing the rich heritage of shrines and temples fills me with a sense of wonder and appreciation. Furthermore, as an avid fan of Anime, particularly ONE PIECE, I find myself well-versed in the vibrant world of Akihabara. This energetic district resonates with my enthusiasm for the art form. I love exploring the city for great food at affordable prices, I like Street restaurant food, Sushi, Ramen, Tempura, Soba, Yakiniku, Matcha, and Sakura sweets, etc. When I have time, I enjoy immersing myself in Japanese cultural events like Kabuki and Sumo matches.     Fast paced tour covers a lot of ground…in a good way. A great mix of food, culture, history and a real variety of experiences ranging from a wonderful museum to a flower market, sound and light harbor display, bird market, various street food stalls and finally a sit down meal in a local restaurant which few tourists would ever know about. Alfred was extremely knowledgeable, energetic and friendly. Highly recommended!!
