Zarina our guide was most patient and professional. She took us to so many places and told us so much about the city, all the notable buildings, neighborhoods, sculptures, temples, shrines, and parks. She is full of knowledge and I don't know how she remembers all of that! She took us to this amazing curry soup noodle place and it was to die for. She was so kind. We had a most memorable day! Highly recommend it!

Had a wonderful time with Zarina walking around Sapporo. She had wonderful knowledge of the area and we learned so much about the culture there and how different it was from the rest of Japan! I absolutely loved the city and would definitely go back. The local beer, sake, ramen, and fried chicken we got to taste helped.

Zarina was a great guide. She contacted me before we arrived to check if there were specific things we wanted or if we had any restrictions. She was so knowledgeable not only about Otaru but all of Hokkaido. We learned a lot and really enjoyed all the spots she took us to.
