Todo bien para ser en inglés. Pudimos ir por el subway y sirvió de mucha ayuda. Los templos bien y todo lo demas. Everything was fine considering it was in English. We were able to use the subway, which was very helpful. The temples were good, and everything else was great too.

Saki was brilliant, she was engaging, extremely personable, she took us to a small free museum off the beaten track. When we went to Nagoya Castle she explained the history of the Castle & significance of each room. When we also said we wanted to experience a local lunch she was able to locate a small restaurant that was simply perfect. A beautiful young lady, we would definitely book her again if we were in Nagoya or Kyoto.

We had a great personalised tour with Saki - the palace visit at the castle was amazing and the sushi meal we had was fantastic! Was really interesting to see the shopping district and to learn about some of the history and special features of Nagoya. She also gave sone great tips for things to do during the rest of our trip in Japan. Would highly recommend a tour with Saki to anyone visiting Nagoya

We appreciated Jay’s tailoring our tour to our specific interests, adjusting plans on the fly , and also enjoyed his insights about Japan as a long term resident. He was very personable and also introduced us to a couple of “hidden gems “.

What you’ll do

From its rich industrial history at an automotive giant to its current reputation as a fast-paced cosmopolitan hub (and major otaku hotspot thanks to downtown Osu), Nagoya is a must-see city for too many reasons to squeeze into four hours. But with a local host as the world’s most efficient GPS, you could be endlessly entertained in the downtown districts, from weaving through throngs at ultra-futuristic Oasis 21 mall next to the iconic Nagoya TV Tower to testing your luck at a hidden pachinko parlor - the popular slot machine invented right here in the city. Or, discover Japanese tradition at the historic Port of Nagoya or the Japanese-style Shirotori Garden for a teahouse ceremony.
