Aline was communicative prior and after my arrival to Hamburg. Aline was prompt and arrived to the pickup location on time. She inquired about interests and exceeded my expectations. She took me to two amazing restaurants, which had delicious food! Aline is knowledgeable, funny, kind, and patient. She is also a great photographer and videographer! Deniz was incredible! So flexible, knowledgeable and worked really well with our limited 3 hour, 45 minutes available from the cruise ship. Highly recommend this tour. Hamburg is gorgeous, and Deniz showed it off well. If this is being shown to the public, my main recommendation is to ask for Deniz!
