Hi, I’m Kang, raised in Hanoi’s French Quarter, where my family has lived for three generations. I’ve grown up surrounded by incredible food, fascinating history, and beautiful architecture. What I love most about Hanoi is its cuisine—it’s simply unmatched in flavor and variety!
