Napa Valley, charcuterie and all things red, white and Zinfandel rosé.
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
Wine tasting, you say? Where can we sign up? You’ll join one of our local San Fran hosts who likes a good glass or two of their state’s wines and take your tastebuds on an adventure through the regions.
Zip through Napa and Sonoma Valley (although you’ll no doubt want to stay awhile in each) and try a variety of wines from each region. Your host is here to share with you what they know about California’s wine regions, the grapes, techniques and resulting wine culture you’ll find here.
Discover how to pair wine with food as you sip on six of the region’s reds, whites and Zinfandel rosé and nibble slices of charcuterie and freshly caught seafood as you stop off urban wineries, hidden wine bars, a waterside eatery and a specialty wine store.
Sounds divine, we wish we could join you.

Winery had technical difficulties, so our guide, Maria, took us to a tea house while we waited for the winery to open. Fabulous tea and food.
Show moreMaria was awesome. Having lived in San Francisco for so long she was really able to share some personal history and provide context to help us better understand and appreciate the San Francisco of today :) She was very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and charming. She made us feel very special on our anniversary and guided us through a memorable and tasty gastronomical adventure.
Show moreWe had a great time with Maria which was a top-notch guide to local wines and San Francisco in general. We also got the opportunity to taste local sea dishes which was a perfect match to the wines she picked to us. Highly recommended!
Show moreMy guide, Maria, had an effervescent love for the city, and was delighted to share it with me. I learned so much & explored areas I might not have sought for it on my own. Maria was generous and insightful, and I definitely recommend touring SF with her!
Show moreMy husband and I loved this experience, we are big wine drinkers and we were sceptical as to how well our Local Host would know our tastes, but Alejandro didn't disappoint! He introduced us to some delicious reds, whites and roses, and we loved spending time with him! My husband can't eat gluten and I am pescatarian and he made sure that our dietary needs were fully accommodated too! Thanks so much! 5 stars!
Show moreWe absolutely loved our food tour in San Francisco with Maria. We had just come from New York and did two food tours there . This tour was so much better. Our two twenty year olds ( who love food) were not so keen initially to come with us on this one - comment was too much talking and walking and not enough eating . They loved Maria's food tour and so did we. Too many stops to count . Maria was so lovely and has such a passion for China Town and North Beach/little Italy restaurants. She also took us to places we would not have found ourselves .
