My family of 4 ( 2 teens age 16 and 18) spent several hours with Laura our tour guide . She was amazing . She took us all around the city and was incredibly knowledgeable about history of Madrid . She even helped us get our metro cards and explained the layout of train system . She was able to talk and engage with each person in our group and we all agreed she was definitely one of our absolute favorite guides ( we travel a lot around the world and use private tour guides so that’s saying something! )
