I love San Sebastián's charm and the energy of its people - even on rainy days, the city is alive and welcoming. The variety of gastronomy here is incredible, with options for every taste and budget, which makes it easy to spend endless hours outdoors enjoying food, views, and company. I’m passionate about surfing, and I love how the whole atmosphere of the city changes when the waves are good. On Thursdays, you’ll often find me in Gros for pintxo pote, sampling local bites and sharing laughs with friends. I know the neighborhoods of Gros, Centro/Lo Viejo, Egia, Amara, and Antiguo inside out, and I’d be delighted to show you the best pintxos, nature spots, and cultural gems that make San Sebastián so special.
From the moment I first set foot in San Sebastián, I fell in love with its stunning beaches, vibrant nature, and incredible gastronomy - it’s a foodie’s paradise. I love exploring every corner of the city, from the lively streets of Gros with its surf culture and nightlife, to the charming Old Town, the romantic city centre, and historic Antiguo. Semana Grande, local festivals, and trying new eateries are my favorite ways to soak up the city’s energy. Hiking through the mountains and nearby towns keeps me adventurous, and I’m passionate about sharing the best of San Sebastián’s food, culture, and hidden gems to make every visit unforgettable.
What makes this city so special to me is its vibrant energy: every day feels like a weekend, with music in the air, friendly faces on the beach, and the scent of delicious pintxos around every corner. I know neighborhoods like Antiguo, Zentroa and Gros like the back of my hand, and I love uncovering the city’s hidden gems on foot. Whether it’s sharing stories about local traditions or pointing out the best pintxo bar, I’m here to help you experience San Sebastian the way locals do - warmly, fully, and with a touch of curiosity.
I’m always inspired by how close the city is to nature, with mountains like Igeldo and Ulia surrounding us. I’m passionate about Basque culture, language, and local myths, and I enjoy surfing and hiking around these beautiful spots. Having worked as a tour guide at the port, I know the city’s main places and history inside out - and I’m excited to share them with you!
I’ve lived in San Sebastián long enough to know its charming corners, hidden bars, and breathtaking viewpoints - but I still fall in love with the city every day. As a kind and fun storyteller, I love guiding travelers through the Old Town, sharing the history behind the plazas, and showing where locals actually eat, drink, and celebrate life. From tapas hopping to seaside walks, my goal is to make you feel at home while discovering the heart of Donostia. With me, you won’t just see San Sebastián - you’ll experience it like a local friend.
What I appreciate most is the human scale of the city - its streets, buildings, people, and visitors all create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. I enjoy taking walks that connect the sea and mountains, exploring Mount Urgull and La Mota Castle, or swimming in the refreshing waters of La Concha Bay. I know the city center, Parte Vieja, Gros, the beaches of Zurriola and La Concha, Parque Cristina Enea, and the Palacios Miramar and Aiete neighborhoods thoroughly. With a deep appreciation for local sculptures and a comprehensive knowledge of the city, I enjoy guiding visitors on walking tours that make discovering San Sebastián easy, insightful, and memorable.
