Our tour guide Lisa was great. She reached out to us before hand so we could tell her what we were interested in seeing and doing and then catered a great tour for us, even taking us to a great football/soccer store for our 7 year old son. Lisa had a great personality, was very interactive, and provided us a great tour. We got to see places off the beaten path and learned a good piece of history about Madrid
