Do you see yourself in a sleek bar in upmarket Salamanca, an old-school vermouth bar in down-to-earth, humble and diverse Lavapiés, a quirky tapas bar in hip(ster) Malasaña or a market like Mercado de San Anton, which has three floors of gastro bliss, aka tiny bars where you can sample pinchos (tapas held together with a small stick)?

Would you like to drink an ice-cold caña (the local unit of beer), sip Spanish vermouth or try a regional wine? Do you want to feast on garlicky grilled prawns, the finest slivers of Iberian ham, deep-fried croquetas, or a more global take on traditional tapas?
