Andrew gave us a great tour. He picked us up at the hotel (private tour) and took us to many local highlights. He spoke English very well. Luckily, he had extra metro cards for the 2 of us to use, which was a nice detail. I highly recommend him and would use him again. He also took great photos!!

We saw many interesting things and enjoyed trying some delicious street foods. Yujin was very knowledgeable and friendly, and she contacted us multiple times before the tour to make sure we knew where and when we would meet her, which was very helpful. The tour moves fast; be prepared to walk quickly. We made it a point to go back to the street food area the next evening because it was so enjoyable.

We covered so much ground, despite the rain. It gave us a better understanding of the city, history and culture. We got to try local foods and created a list of places to return to later in our trip. Sujeong was organised and incredibly friendly. It was a pleasure.

Sujeong was a gracious and delightful host on our tour of markets in Seoul. She contacted me early to coordinate our meeting place and time. Sujeong helpfully suggested meeting earlier to ensure that we caught all of the markets on our agenda before they closed at 8 pm. Sujeong showed me the best of the markets and street food in Seoul. She also shared many insights into Korean culture, history and food – I learned a lot and had such a fun time! We covered a lot of ground in our time together, and Sujeong also showed me some of the more interesting neighbourhoods around Seoul. I would highly recommend Sujeong as a guide – as a native Seoulite, Sujeong has a deep knowledge of the city, and she is more than happy to share her recommendations to make the most of your visit to Seoul.

While the city is a shining beacon of cosmopolitan modernity, it still houses these traditional nods to its past in street markets. You could shop for the latest fabrics at a renowned fashion market, visit Korea’s largest fish market at dawn (quite something to behold) or simply eat your way around a night market and taste some street food - my oh my, sign us up.

Here, where locals come to buy, sell, barter and trade, South Korea’s cultural roots can be felt. Join your host and allow them to introduce you to an institution that’s been around for decades.

You might need to find extra room in your suitcase for the gadgets, souvenirs, and tea sets you’ll undoubtedly buy!

Our 5-hour walking tour of Hong Kong with Dennis was fantastic. He began communicating with us a week in advance, sharing a proposed itinerary and ensuring it aligned with our interests. As first-time visitors, we were struck by how large and dynamic the city is, and there’s no way we could have seen as much on our own.The tour was fast-paced, which suited us perfectly since we wanted to cover as much ground as possible. We used various forms of transportation throughout the day, which also gave us the confidence to navigate the city independently afterward. Dennis was incredibly knowledgeable, and we appreciated being able to ask questions about Hong Kong’s history and current landscape from a local perspective. We also enjoyed learning about Dennis’s background as a chef, and his restaurant recommendations were excellent. One highlight was visiting Bayfare Social at the Rosewood Hotel, where we had drinks and tapas overlooking Victoria Harbour—an unforgettable experience.

My wife and I did a walking food tour with guide Maria. It was a lot of fun not only trying all kinds of Japanese food but also exploring side streets. Maria is not originally from Osaka but after 30+ years there she knows the city and culture. The tour included a lot of food we might not have tried on our own. We really enjoyed our time with Maria.
