What travelers think of our Mexico City experiences
Host was superb.
Show moreLando was absolutely incredible! He truly brought the history of the ancient city alive. He went above and beyond to ensure we were engaged and learning while having a great time. He volunteered to take SO many pictures and videos, which are all really special to look back on. Sometimes it’s tough to get pictures of the two of you when traveling as a couple, so it was very considerate of Lando to make sure we had all we could want. He ended up recommending a taco place that was one of our favorites of the trip, and picked us up and dropped us off exactly where needed. His knowledge is off the charts and really filled in the gaps. Teotihuacan is a place where you really need a guide to get the most value, and Lando delivered and then some. Thank you!!
Show moreRoberto was an incredible host for our tour! His passion for sharing his knowledge of Mexico City history and culture was evident from the moment we met him at our hotel, and continued throughout the day. He was funny, warm and engaging. I also appreciated that he was able to adapt our tour for my elderly mother who moves a bit more slowly. This was our first visit to Mexico City, and we loved it so much that we're already planning our next trip--which everyone in my family agrees will include a couple of tours with Roberto.
Show moreA remarkable journey with Nicolas through the pyramids of Teotihuacan left us fulfilled. His profound knowledge of the historical significance, the vibrant culture, and the eloquent manner in which he spoke about the site were truly captivating. Nicolas was a great tour guide, and his expertise comes highly recommended. Lunch in the grotto was an unforgettable experience, made all the more enriching by Nicolas's insightful commentary. The entire experience was a testament to his expertise, making for a truly memorable excursion. We wouldn't hesitate to book another tour with Nicolas, as he truly elevated our visit to Teotihuacan.
Show moreAn excellent tour by Marisol of the pyramids of Teotihuacan, a local town and market and the most delicious drink in a chocolate cafe. We also had lunch in an underground cave by the pyramids. Marisol was very good company and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this lady.
Show moreRoberto was just great - informative, funny, thoughtful and a great communicator. The tour and the food recommendations were excellent. Our driver was fantastic as well.

What you’ll do
You’ll spend your day with one of our Mexico City hosts exploring one of the great mysteries of the ancient world - Teotihuacán. If like us, you’re taking a few pronunciation run-ups, it is also known as the City of the Gods.
You’ll gain unique insights into this ancient Mesoamerican stronghold, which historians predict to have been built over 2000 years ago! The largest city of its time, this ancient wonder predates both the Maya and the Aztecs - imagine that?
You’ll explore the complex network of temples and pyramids which were once at the heart of this vast city, channeling your inner Indiana Jones and hopefully not getting caught in any archaeological booby traps. We make no promises.
See the Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid of the Moon and stroll down the Avenue of the Dead, then round off your day with an authentic Mexican meal at a restaurant in a nearby cave - going back in time for real here, people. Kidding! It’s an incredible spot, and we know you’ll just love it!
