At first I wasn’t sure if someone non-native to Japan could share with us accurately and authentically about a Japanese culture. But Jose erased all concerns. He was direct and honest and showed a great deal of personal respect for Japan and its people. He has a great energy about him and made the afternoon fun, thorough and interesting.
