What you’ll do
We hope you brought your hiking shoes (or trainers, or maybe you’re even a barefoot kinda person) because you’ll join one of our local San Francisco hosts to walk, hike, meander or run from Vista Point, across the Golden Gate Bridge to Land’s End.
Oh, the photo ops that are just waiting for you. With its rugged cliff tops, wild surf, and spectacular lookout points like Eagle’s Point, you’ll want to stop every few steps.
Take it slow and enjoy as many breaks on pristine beaches like Baker Beach or China Beach (although quick head’s up, Baker is a nudist beach at the far end!) or get your heart rate going in the bracing Pacific Ocean air - you can always reward yourself with a cocktail when you’re back in the city later.
After all, SF really does strike the balance between city living and outdoor adventuring. The added bonus of all of this is that with your host by your side, you’ll discover the secret spots along the way, like where you can walk through a cave to a secret path, and hear the local stories of historic spots like Sutro Baths.
