This group is fabulous at communication. Seriously, you hear from the company upon booking and then from your guide on your preferences to customize your experience multiple times before the tour. We opted for their recommendations almost entirely. We had Alfredo and he was great. Good sense of humor, easy to understand and brought visuals to help his tour.
