You’ll join one of our Seoul hosts as they lead you to food ‘towns’ (entire streets dedicated to a single dish), street vendors, and night markets, all in the pursuit of giving you the most packed belly and happiest heart as you munch away on Seoul’s street eats!
In a city with such a strong street food culture, you’ll be glad you have your friendly host on hand to decipher unusual dishes with you and get to grips with some more, shall we say, acquired tastes.
If you’re new to Korean food, we guarantee there will be a few ingredients you’ve never heard of, and that’s okay because your host will be there to fill in the gaps and recommend some of their favorite snacks.
Try dishes that have been perfected in this city, like kimbap (seaweed rice rolls), odeng (skewered and stewed fish pancakes), tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), and twigim (Korean tempura).
Wash it all down with some refreshing banana milk (a Korean favorite) and start calculating exactly how you will fit the contents of an entire market into your suitcase to take back home with you. Yep, it’s that good.
