You’ll often find me out for coffee with friends, exploring the vibrant streets of Xochimilco or Jalatlaco, or hiking through the beautiful Sierra Norte. I’m passionate about Oaxaca’s street art, food scene, and mezcal traditions, and I know the best spots for local markets and hidden eateries. What I love most about Oaxaca is the food, from the complexity of traditional dishes to the simplicity of others that are just as delicious. I enjoy discovering small coffee shops that serve amazing state-grown coffee and admiring the city’s charming architecture. You will often find me trying new restaurants to see what they bring to Oaxaca’s food scene or enjoying the diverse nightlife. I know the Reforma, Centro, San Felipe del Agua, and La Noria neighborhoods really well, and I love sharing insights about the city’s architecture, the history of Centro, and my favorite fine dining restaurants and lively bars.
What I enjoy most about Oaxaca is its multicultural essence - every region has its own character and the food is simply amazing. I especially love preparing traditional recipes my grandmother taught me, exploring local markets, and discovering the best street food. I also enjoy visiting nearby communities, mezcal distilleries, and artisan workshops to learn more about our culture. As a local guide, I offer food market and fine dining tours, as well as personalized mezcal tastings. Whether in Oaxaca Centro, Xochimilco, Jalatlaco, or Santa Lucía, I’m always eager to share the authentic tastes and stories that make Oaxaca so special.

I know the Center, Xochimilco, Jalatlaco, and San Felipe neighborhoods really well, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge about Oaxaca’s native cultures, its festive traditions, and the magic of the Day of the Dead celebration.
What I love most about Oaxaca is the traditional garments, from the beautiful textiles to the intricate embroidery that tells the story of our culture. I also admire how the city’s architecture and nature blend perfectly to create stunning views. You will often find me exploring museums and art galleries or thrifting for hidden treasures, one of my favorite pastimes. I know the Centro, Jalatlaco, Reforma, La Noria, El Fortín, and Santa Rosa neighborhoods really well, and as a fashion design student, I am especially passionate about traditional clothing from the Istmo region, local arts and crafts, and of course, the delicious Oaxacan food that makes every day an adventure.
What I love most about Oaxaca is the stunning architecture of the historic center, the vibrant energy of downtown, and the incredible diversity of nature that surrounds the region. I enjoy visiting museums, cultural centers, archaeological sites, restaurants, and local markets, as well as exploring the outdoors to appreciate Oaxaca’s rich landscapes. I know the Historic Center, its surrounding areas, and Colonia Reforma very well, and I take pride in helping others discover Oaxaca’s top tourist destinations while sharing my knowledge of its culture and fascinating history.
What I love most about Oaxaca is its rich gastronomic heritage, the deep knowledge passed down in the kitchen, and the incredible variety of mezcal found throughout the state. I also admire how cultural diversity continues to shape and enrich our traditions. I love attending philharmonic concerts, exploring art exhibitions, and riding my bike through the city where even a simple walk feels like an adventure for all the senses. I know the Centro, Reforma, Xochimilco, La Merced, and San Felipe del Agua neighborhoods well, and I find joy in the details of Oaxaca’s artistry, from the ironwork on doors and windows to the life and warmth of our markets.
