This tour was like being shown around by a friend. We saw lots of the city and enjoyed a few drink and snack stops. It was a lovely day out.
Show moreWe had an amazing walking tour with Lando. We loved seeing some hidden gems we would have missed otherwise. Lando made us feel like friends rather than tourists. I would highly recommend taking a tour with him!
Show moreLando was very knowledgeable and friendly. He planned our time together very well and with our interests in mind. It felt like a lot to pack in but he made it very enjoyable.
Show moreLando was an amazing tour guide He was very well informed and up to date We saw historic sights and local areas of interest I would highly recommend him
Show moreOur guide, Lando, was very knowledgeable about culture, religion, architecture, and, his main interest, history. We wanted a general overview of all these subjects as we had very little time in Mexico City. And he satisfied our request. He also was methodical about his planning so that we did not get stuck in tourist crowds. I.e. knowing when to start where before the crowds. Highly recommend Lando.
Show moreNic made us feel right at home and shared his excellent knowledge of the history and origins of Mexico City or what we now know is the center of the universe.

What you’ll do
You’ll spend with one of our friendly Mexico City hosts, getting to know the city's highlights and local haunts. The city has such an incredible history, which is why you might like to start in Zócalo, an ancient square that used to be the center of the Aztec Empire before the Spanish colonists captured it.
Follow your host around the surprisingly green broadways of the city center as they share the city's rich heritage with you. From old-school bars (cantinas) to sleek museums that look like something out of the future, Mexico City will surprise you will its nod to both the past and present.
Explore the Bosque de Chapultepec, a large inner-city park considered Mexico City’s green lung, and even make friends with the sweet little squirrels that live there! You can get spectacular cityscape views from the top of its rocky outcrop.
Whatever you’d like to do, be it take in the famous sites, like the Ángel de la Independencia, or stroll around a quirky neighborhood, your host has got you covered and will make up for any Spanish you lack.
