Aperitivo at twilight, illuminated ancient ruins, and clubs lining a mound of broken oil jars.
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
Rome after dark- could you think of anything more exciting? We all have our own idea of what the perfect evening entails- whether that means partying up a storm or choosing something a little more low-key. And if you are not sure exactly what to do we can make a few recommendations.
Why not kick things off Roman style with Aperitivo at twilight before hitting the cobbled streets under the moonlight. What next? Well, have you ever explored this magnificent city's landmark after dark, when it's lit up against the night sky? Incredible stuff.
That is not everyone's vibe though and you have tons of other options. You could take a dinner cruise along the River Tiber and admire the twinkling city of Rome along the way, bar hop through a charming neighborhood or explore the Testaccio Market where you can wander through a maze of stalls and be treated to live music.
And if you are a party animal why not follow your host through the Via di Monte Testaccio, which circles a mound of broken oil jars that were discarded by the ancient Romans.
Here you will find some of the next clubs around. There is never a dull moment in Rome and the city sure knows how to deliver once the sun has set. So, whatever you’re looking for from your night in The Eternal City, your host is here to make it happen.

Alessandra was the perfect local guide and she became a friend at the end of the tour. She walked me through the history of Rome as we walked through and introduced me to the true local Rome :) I’d highly recommend her for anyone who wants to peel back the layers of Rome!!! Grazie !
Show moreIrene is a fabulous tour guide. She is knowledgeable, a great conversationalist, and fun-loving. Irene tailored the tour to my interests and was flexible with last-minute changes. She is one of Rome's treasures.

Show moreA custom experience that we have never had before. We filled the questionnaire almost in reverse, stating the places we had already seen and did not wish to see again. Nadia communicated often to be sure she could make a good plan for us. We saw things we didn't even know existed, enjoyed the inside of a basilica, and spent time in the Jewish Ghetto. One of our fellow travelers who tried to find a site on there own, without a guide never found it even though it was not far from our hotel. A guide is a worthwhile expense
Show moreBea was easy to understand and provided great information and a terrific experience. We loved the walk through the local market at the end of our tour. Bea also provided a lot of additional information of other things we could see and do during our time in Rome, this was provided after our tour finished and was way above and beyond what we expected.
