A night in Rome, your way

Rome after dark- could you think of anything more exciting? We all have our own idea of what the perfect evening entails- whether that means partying up a storm or choosing something a little more low-key. And if you are not sure exactly what to do we can make a few recommendations.

Why not kick things off Roman style with Aperitivo at twilight before hitting the cobbled streets under the moonlight. What next? Well, have you ever explored this magnificent city's landmark after dark, when it's lit up against the night sky? Incredible stuff.

That is not everyone's vibe though and you have tons of other options. You could take a dinner cruise along the River Tiber and admire the twinkling city of Rome along the way, bar hop through a charming neighborhood or explore the Testaccio Market where you can wander through a maze of stalls and be treated to live music.

And if you are a party animal why not follow your host through the Via di Monte Testaccio, which circles a mound of broken oil jars that were discarded by the ancient Romans.
