- Wander through the famous streets like via dei Contti as well as the smaller cobbled backstreets as they’re draped in enchanting Christmas lights and admire the decorations and extravagant window displays
- Visit the atmospheric Christmas market in the Piazza Navona to buy gifts and try the festive treats that are a well loved Christmas tradition in Rome
- Stop for a glass of wine (to warm up with, of course) or a hot chocolate in a piazza cafe

Our first day in Rome we planned a private tour of the city lights and sites. Andreea was our host and guide for the evening. She was personable and passionate as she walked my wife and I around the various sites. It was one of our best and most relaxing days in Rome and a great way to get introduced to the area. The shopping, restaurants and attractions we experienced gave us a roadmap for what we wanted to do in the coming week. What a great way to get started!!

We spent three hours with Gerry on our first night in Rome. We walked all around the city and Gerry made sure we hit some of the highlights we were interested in seeing. We were going to be in Rome for 10 days, so we got a great overview of Rome and Gerry took some great pictures of us in front of some of the popular sites. Great night and would recommend Gerry!
