What you’ll do
You’ll join a local Milan host as the sun sets on spirited Milan and experience the city after dark, your way. However you choose to play it, we recommend starting your night with aperitivo at dusk, a tradition born in Milan!
Sip a spritz and nibble some nibbles like bruschetta before you embark on your night-time adventure; there’s more to this city after dark than pubs and clubs (although if this is your style, of course we’ll make it happen).
You could get dressed up and treat yourself to a night at the Teatro alla Scala, one of the most prestigious opera houses in the world, or if you’d prefer to keep things more low-key then let your host recommend a neighborhood where you can bar hop the night away.
There’s fashionable Brera, home to some of the sleekest bars in the city, Porta Nuovo, a regenerated industrial landscape turned buzzing nightlife spot, or Navigli, the magical canal district known for its laid-back attitude.
