A night in Paris with a local

I have been to Paris many times, but I’ve never spent any time in Latin Quarter. Jamie had suggested that we spend part of the evening there. The bar he took me to was very cute and then we walked over to the St Germain area Where we had dinner at a nice pub Apparently your company does not lay out enough money to cover the entire meal, so I had to pay for the balance. Otherwise, Jamie was wonderful, and I learned quite a bit from him.

Jaime looked after us really well. We went to the type of places we expected and had a great night. He stayed with us longer than the 3 hours and then walked us to a good spot to get a cab and helped us hail a couple.

A visit to Centre Pompidou, a walk through le Marais and a drink at Le Tresor made my week. The art was amazing, and my guide was really very good. Thanks so much for a wonderful visit!

I was fortunate to be able to schedule two experiences with Vanessa while I was in Paris. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my time with her and in Paris. On my first night in the city, I booked “A Night in Paris with a Local”. She provided an excellent walking tour of Le Marais. Vanessa’s recommendations for spots to stop for a drink and dinner were perfect. Over delicious food and wine, we discussed art, travel, current events, and, of course, French food. I enjoyed this experience so much, I booked the “Le Marais Food Experience” for my last day in Paris, which was four days later. Vanessa knows the spots for food that would be nearly impossible to find without a local. I loved the places she selected for tastings. It was a personalized tour and we weren’t committed to certain restaurants. This flexibility was great. Vanessa provided options and suggestions and I was able to try what I wanted. We also stopped in several boutiques. I learned more about Le Marais as we strolled through the neighborhood on a beautiful afternoon in Paris. In between tours, Vanessa was generous with her time and gave recommendations and advice for dining and activities. I recommend Vanessa without any reservations. She is enthusiastic, prepared, and is an excellent host for travelers in Paris.

I was totally blown away by the degree to which Kaja delivered on this excursion. I submitted what I perceived to be a more difficult request for my outing... I’m a Latin dancer and I wanted to experience the salsa and bachata scene in Paris. Not only did Kaja come prepared with more options than I could possibly do in a week, she joined in and made the experience so much fun. She even served as my personal videographer and filmed the dances I was able to experience in Paris. Those are memories that I’ll treasure forever! I could not have asked for a better time! As if all of that wasn’t enough, Kaja followed up with me several times after the excursion and provided additional information that she knew I would be interested in having, related to my experience in Paris. Thank you Kaja, for giving me the most enjoyable night of my entire week in Paris! Your company is so fortunate to have you on their team!
