Hi, I'm Maew! I find so much joy in living in Chiang Mai, a city where nature, culture and tradition come together beautifully. I love spending time in the national parks, surrounded by mountains, fresh air and the peaceful company of elephants - one of my favorite parts of life here. Exploring local markets is another passion of mine; they’re full of color, flavor and the rhythms of daily life and I enjoy sharing those authentic experiences with visitors. Whether it’s a visit to an elephant camp, a stroll through vibrant stalls, or simply taking in the view of the countryside, I’m happiest when I can show others the beauty and kindness that make Chiang Mai so special.

What I love most about Chiang Mai is how seamlessly modern life blends with ancient culture and nature. This slow-life city, with its kind-hearted people and deep roots in Buddhist philosophy, is a place I’m proud to call home. In my free time, I enjoy meditating at temples, exploring the mountains and national parks, or relaxing with good food and live music. As your host, I’ll guide you through the old town, bustling markets, and hidden neighborhoods, while sharing the history, traditions, and stories that shape local life. I was born and raised in Chiang Mai, a city I’m truly proud to call home. What I love most here are the people - always so welcoming - along with the beautiful nature and rich culture that surround us. You’ll often find me hiking through the mountains, enjoying a peaceful walk by the river, or relaxing over a good cup of coffee in one of the Old City’s cozy cafés. I know the Old City, rice fields, and riverside neighborhoods like the back of my hand, and I’m always happy to share their hidden corners. As someone deeply passionate about Chiang Mai’s history, temples, and traditions, I enjoy helping visitors connect with the stories behind the places they see. My goal is to make every experience feel personal, warm, and memorable - just like Chiang Mai itself.
I love guiding visitors through the serene forest temples and sharing the traditions of Thai culture, especially the meaningful process of making merit in Buddhism. Whether exploring Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, or Pai, I’m passionate about helping you experience the natural beauty and cultural depth of northern Thailand. From outdoor adventures in national parks to quiet moments in sacred spaces, I’m here to offer thoughtful, authentic insights into the heart of this incredible region.
I spend my days driving into the city just to chase a sunset or sneak in a plate of something delicious (trust me, Chiang Mai has no shortage of that). When I’m not wandering the streets, you’ll probably find me meditating in a temple - balancing out all the spicy noodles I can’t resist. I know Chiang Mai inside out, and I’ve also spent plenty of time exploring our neighbors Mae Hong Son and Chiang Rai, so I’ve got stories and shortcuts up my sleeve. If you’re looking for food, nature, and culture with a side of laughter, you’ve found your host.

I enjoy sharing authentic food experiences, exploring local markets, and visiting homestays where activities bring you closer to everyday life in Northern Thailand.
