It was a very interesting tour with our tour guide Chris Lee. With his insights, Chris showed us many aspects of the Korean culture and history, which we were not aware of and he also aligned the tour schedule to our needs. Even with a rainy day and walking outside for almost 2 hrs, it was a fantastic and highly recommended experience. Please let Chris know what you‘re interested in and he will adapt the tour schedule Thanks a lot

We enjoyed a short, but sweet tour of key landmarks in the heart of Seoul. We booked the 3 hour tour, but I'd recommend a longer booking to get the full experience. Our host Chris, was very knowledgeable and managed to tailor the experience a bit for our group. I'd also suggest outlining your preferences and expectations in advance for the tour to ensure you get the best experience possible.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Unforgettable Introduction to Seoul! Our family had the most incredible time on this private tour! If you’re looking for a deep dive into the heart of Seoul’s culture and cuisine, look no further. Our guide , Bella went above and beyond to make the day seamless and engaging for all of us. She’s so Family-Friendly & Sweet with Kids: Traveling with children can be a challenge. She kept all of us especially kids interested and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. From the beauty of the Gyeongbokgung Palace to the alleys of the Bukchon Hanok Village, the itinerary was perfect. We finished at a bustling traditional market, which was a sensory delight and the perfect intro to authentic Korean street food. One of our favorite moments was dressing up in Hanbok. Our guide didn't just lead us; they acted as a professional photographer, finding the best spots in the palace courtyard to capture amazing family photos that we will treasure forever. This tour was the perfect balance of history, food, and fun. It made our trip to Seoul truly memorable. Highly recommended for families ( first time visit and it was our first day) who want a warm, personalized experience!

Nami was great. She showed us what we had discussed and wanted to see and helped us with negotiating the city with taxis and with shopping. She went the "extra mile" staying with us while we rode the sky capsule. Prior to actually doing the tour we communicated our thoughts of what to see and made good suggestions on what we could do in the time alloted.

FAQs

Your questions, answered

Is this a traditional tour or something different?

This isn’t a traditional tour with a fixed script. It’s a fully personalized day shaped around your interests, whether it’s culture, history, neighborhoods, or hidden local spots. Your host is a knowledgeable local, more like a friend showing you their city. It’s flexible, one-on-one, and tailored entirely to you.

How does personalization work?

After booking, you’ll receive a short questionnaire where you can share your interests, travel style, and any must-see spots. Based on that, we’ll match you with a local host who’ll reach out to plan your personalized itinerary.

Can I request specific places or types of stops?

Yes! After booking, you will receive a questionnaire where you can highlight must-visit spots and anything else you’d like to include, and your host will craft your experience around them.

Can I adjust the plan on the day?

Absolutely. Your host can adjust the itinerary on the day based on your pace, energy, or any new ideas you have. It’s a flexible experience from start to finish.

Will I know my itinerary in advance?

Yes, you will have the opportunity to chat with your host directly and agree on a plan for the day. However, there’s always room for spontaneity and local surprises!

How do you ensure safety during the experience?

All our hosts are vetted and trained to provide safe, respectful, and enjoyable experiences. They know the city well and will avoid any unsafe or overly crowded areas. You’re in good hands throughout the day.

Are there fitness, mobility, or accessibility requirements?

This is a walking experience, but it can be tailored to suit your pace and comfort. If you have mobility concerns or would prefer to minimize walking, let us know in advance—your host can adjust the route, include public transport or rest stops to suit your needs.

Can I change the meeting place?

Yes, you will be in touch with your host before your experience, and you can agree on a different meeting point with them. Your host can meet you anywhere central that’s convenient.

Can my host meet me at my accommodation?

Hotel meet-ups are available upon request in central areas. If you're staying outside the city, your host will recommend the best meeting spot and guide you with directions.

Will I see famous landmarks or just hidden gems?

Both! Your host will take you to iconic sights if you want to see them, but they’ll also introduce you to places and stories most travelers miss.

What transport methods will be used (walking, subway, taxis)?

This is a walking experience, but your host may suggest using public transport for longer distances. Taxis can also be used if needed—you’ll just pay on the spot. Your host will guide you through it all, making the day smooth and easy to navigate.
